BPI Approval is an internal business application for BPI employees only.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to operate the app:

Account data: Username, name, email, employee ID, job role
Transaction data: Approval requests, decisions, timestamps, comments
Technical data: Device information, app version, login logs, IP address

We do NOT collect:
Location data, camera or photo access, data from other applications, and we do not share data with advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

Authenticate users and manage access
Process approval workflows
Maintain audit trails for compliance
Improve application performance and security

3. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission
Encrypted storage on secure servers located in Indonesia
Password hashing (we never store plain text passwords)
Strict access control limited to authorized personnel only

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties.

Data is shared internally only with:

Your supervisors and approval chain members
IT Department for system maintenance
Finance and audit teams for compliance purposes

Data may be disclosed only when required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while you are an active employee
Transaction records are kept for 7 years for audit purposes
You may request data deletion upon leaving the company, subject to legal requirements

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request corrections to inaccurate data
Request data deletion, with certain limitations

Please contact the IT Department to exercise these rights.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Informasi akun, data transaksi approval, dan log aktivitas.

Penggunaan data:
Autentikasi pengguna, proses approval, audit, dan keamanan sistem.

Keamanan data:
Menggunakan enkripsi HTTPS/TLS, penyimpanan data yang aman, serta kontrol akses yang ketat.

Hak pengguna:
Hak akses data, koreksi data, dan penghapusan data sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
